This project consisted of refurbishing the large deck attached to a house in Saint-Sauveur. First, we excavated and drained the area under the deck. Then we screwed in pilings to support the new structure, which is surrounded by a treated wood skirting. This includes a door leading to useful storage beneath the deck.
We then placed fascias around the deck and an engineered fibreglass flooring from Les Produits Balco Tech inc. Finally, we designed and installed a clear 10-mm tempered glass railing with panels inserted into black aluminum posts (model 300).
